COP: to get or obtain. Use it in place of “get,” “obtain,” “grab,” “bring,” “buy,” or “take.”

Use it in a sentence:

  • I’m going to go cop lunch. Be back in 15.
  • I have to go to the store to cop some bread and milk. Do you need anything?
  • I’m going to go cop a nap.
  • Want to cop dinner with me Friday night? (If she’s a hip duchess, she’ll be flattered.)
  • Cop me a snack while you’re out.

Your assignment: Use the word “cop” FIVE times today.
